Dear Friends of Blue Mountain Paint Horse Club,

The Blue Mountain Paint Horse Club wishes to invite to be a sponsor for our 2010 Paint Horse show.   Our show gets bigger and better every year.  Your involvement will help add to the success of the 2010 BMPHC show.  Our show will be held May 14-16^th, 2010 at the Southeastern Washington Fairgrounds in Walla Walla.  We are expecting participants from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Montana, and Utah who will compete in two days of competition.  In addition, we will be hosting the Triple Crown Yearling Halter futurities for Open and Non-Pro competitors.

We are seeking $150 sponsorships for our High Point awards.   This amount of money will fund both the Overall High Point and Reserve High Point awards for one of our twelve divisions offered at the show.  Awards are given to the top Halter horses (Mare, Gelding, & Stallion), Performance horses (Junior horse, Senior horse, Yearling In-Hand, and Breeding Stock), Youth (Novice, Walk/Trot, 13 & Under, 14-18), and Amateurs (Novice Amateur and Amateur) divisions.  Choose the category of your choice.  Your sponsorship insures that High Point awards are received in all 13 categories.

This year we are offering you the opportunity to be recognized as a sponsor of the BMPHC show.  For your contribution, you will be recognized with the following:

·         Ongoing announcements for the duration of the Show - 3 days long

·         Recognition on the BMPHC website (www.bmphc.com) with links to your business - For the world to see for the entire 2010 calendar year.

·         Posters around the show grounds - A Powerful reminder

·         Space available to display banners/signs and/or to set-up a booth that represents your business

·         Listing is our show program available at the show - Hundreds will be printed for the weekend

Please mail your sponsorship check with the form enclosed.  The deadline to be included in the show premium is March 15^th, 2010.  Sponsorship levels are listed below:

·         Division (includes BOTH High Point & Reserve High Point awards) Sponsor - $150 per division.  

·         High Point Sponsor - $100 per division

·         Reserve High Point Sponsor - $75 per division
