MOUNTAIN PAINT HORSE CLUB
Dear Paint Horse Enthusiast,
The
Blue Mountain Paint Horse Club would like to
invite you to become a member of our Paint Horse
organization. We are committed to promoting
the Paint Horse breed. The club tries to provide
a fun and educational atmosphere that includes
all levels of Paint Horse enthusiasts.
Every
year we sponsor an APHA-approved Paint Horse
show that draws competitors from around the
Northwest. At the show, we host the Triple Crown
yearling halter and longeline futurities. Many
years we host an open all-breed horse show for
area competitors. The club is an active member
of the Northwest Coordinating Committee and
Oregon Coordinating Committee. They keep us
apprised of Northwest and National activities
and enable our members to be eligible for Northwest
awards. We schedule monthly meetings, an annual
Christmas party, and a yearly awards ceremony.
We try to have educational and fun activities
as time allows.
We
have year end awards available in a number of
categories. We have awards available for people
competing in APHA-approved show as well as open/schooling
shows and outside events. There are awards for
youth, amateur, and open divisions. We have
awards for both halter and performance horses.
We try to have numerous divisions so that all
members have an opportunity to participate.
Once
again, we would like to invite you to become
a member of our Paint Horse club. We welcome
all new members and are anxious for new ideas
and input. Please contact myself for the next
