Stall
Reservations:
Regular Stall Fees are $80.00 each. Discounted
stall fees for early payment are $65.00, if
postmarked on or before 6-1-08! No stall refunds
after 6-7-08. One bag of shavings is provided
for each stall. Additional bags of shavings
will be available for purchase on the grounds.
Haul-In
Fee: $15 per horse per day.
Any
returned check will be assessed a $25.00 collection
fee per offense, and future payments may need
to be in cash or certified funds. Any unpaid
balances will be reported to APHA.
High
Point and Reserve Awards to all Youth Categories,
Amateur, Novice Amateur, Senior Horse, Junior
Horse, Yearling In-Hand, and Breeding Stock/Solid
Paint Bred must compete in at least one performance
class to be eligible for high point. Halter
High Point awards are excluded from this rule.
Classes
may be combined as entries warrant. All scratches
and refunds will be handled according to APHA
rules SC-160.D, SC-175.A, and SC-185.A.
ATTENTION
EXHIBITORS:
Temporary APHA Membership Cards available for
purchase at the show office. NEW IN
2008 – ALL Exhibitors must have a current
APHA Membership Card.
NOTE:
All horses must have registration papers (or
copy of) presented at the show office. All Youth,
Novice Youth, Amateurs, and Novice Amateurs
must present their current youth or amateur
cards at the show office. These cards may bepurchased
at the show office.
ATTENTION
DOG OWNERS:
Dogs must be on a leash or in a crate/carrier
at all times. Dogs will be allowed in the camping
areas only. No dogs will be allowed in the arena,
warm-up area, in the stall barns, or in the
seating/grandstand areas.
Camping/RV
reservations will not be taken in advanced.
The cost for an RV Camping slot will be $12/night
and will be done one a first-come, first-serve
basis. Campers and RV will not be able to move
onto the grass areas until Friday.
Warm-Up
Trail Course will be open at 12:00pm and will
cost $5.00 for each time through the course.
The warm-up trail course will not be an identical
course to the actual trail classes for the show
and may not contain all the obstacles being
used in the actual trail class. This will provide
an opportunity to work one’s horse over
various trail obstacles.

provides a method for entering your horse into
horse shows using the convenience of the internet!
When you setup your horse, owner and exhibitors
in ShowMyHorse.com, you never again have to
fill out those tedious entry forms. Then you
just select the horse, exhibitor and classes
and the information for the entry form will
be filled out for you. It is then emailed to
the show secretary with a confirmation copy
of the email sent to your mail box.
